• Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre Order" may take 4-6 weeks to ship.

• During new drops or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

• Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days once the order has shipped.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

• International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

• Any duties or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, HHG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

• HHG is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
